Natural language interface
Doctors diagnose and treat patients based on data – medications, lab results, patient history, condition and record of care from other organizations. Enabling physicians to express their information needs as questions can reduce their cognitive load; leaving more capacity to analyze, diagnose and treat their patients while reducing mental stress.
Grounded AI response
Our grounding strategy does a couple of things. Medical concepts in the LLM output that can be traced to data in the repository are colored green. Medical concepts in the LLM output that cannot be reliably traced to the information in the repository are colored orange. This provides a quick visual cue on what data is “grounded” and what potentially needs further validation.
Search across internal and external patient datasets
RISA allows physicians to search for key patient information from the EHR as well as clinical care documents from other organizations (CCDA) to find insights across the patient timeline.
